Welcome to Lost and Found.

I know losing someone you love can feel overwhelming and lonely, but you're not alone. Grief can consume us.

Coaching is all about helping you recognize the loss you're feeling right now and working together to build a brighter tomorrow. On the other hand, therapy focuses on healing emotional wounds and making sense of past experiences. I truly don't know what I would have done without my own therapist in those early days. Her understanding of grief was so comforting, and she gave me space to just "be" while listening when I just needed to share.
As a coach, I concentrate solely on where you are now and where you're headed, not on your past. I am here to honor both your present and your future, whatever they may look like, one day at a time.
While therapy helps clients FEEL better, coaching helps clients DO better.

Your companion for the journey.
My mission is to help you process your loss, explore your emotions, and take the necessary steps toward resilience, optimism, and eventually some joy.

I've also suffered, and through my healing journey, I can tell you that the grief doesn't go away - but it can get gentler.

I don’t believe we are meant to be fixed. Instead, I believe we are meant to support each other, listen to each other, and create a space in our hearts to hold each other’s pain.
Grief takes many different forms. Your shape may look different from mine, but the feelings we had after our loss are similar. I understand you, and I am here to help you see the possibilities of a future.

Next steps.

I promise to provide a safe space where you can share your experience, as much or as little as you want.
Sometimes we just need to talk about our loss, and I am hear to listen.
