My personal loss.

After losing my son at 16, I was completely shattered, heartbroken beyond words, and struggled to find a way forward. Some days, I didn’t know how to keep going, reconnect with my family, or even if I wanted to.

A new “normal” felt like a nightmare - I was dead inside.

All around, life kept moving forward, and I struggled to understand what that meant for me. I eventually joined grief support groups where I met others who shared similar pain. Talking about my loss with people like me, with no filter, helped me start to heal. I continue to heal... I will always be healing.

My son had a zest for life and loved everyone fiercely. His passion for living fully inspired me to pursue coaching.

If you're looking for someone who understands your pain...

as Jameson used to say, “I got you."
